Ingredients
Long Dinner Roll
4
Mincemeat
200 gram
Salt
as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp
Onion
2 medium
Tomato
1 tbsp
Cucumber
1
Oregano
½ tsp
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese
as per taste
Dalda Cooking Oil
2 tbsp
Method:
  • Heat Dalda Cooking Oil slightly and sauté one sliced onion in it until soft
  • Add ginger garlic, mincemeat, salt and oregano. Cover & cook on low heat until water of mincemeat gets dry, sprinkle black pepper and remove from heat
  • Cut thin slice of dinner roll from top. Cut rings of onion, tomato & cucumber
  • When mincemeat get cool layer equally in each roll, layer with mayonnaise and ends with onion, tomato & cucumber
  • Cut cheddar cheese in thin strips and layer crosswise on roll to form check design
  • Layer in a tray and put it in hot oven for 3 – 4 minutes to get the roll heated and cheese to be melt
Presentation:
Take out hot from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. To be served with honey garlic mayo.
Add ½ tsp honey, a pinch of dry garlic powder in 4 tbsp mayonnaise and mix well.
